{"id":2762,"date":"2013-12-17T15:07:45","date_gmt":"2013-12-17T14:07:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/abbet.be\/abbet\/2013\/12\/17\/guide-pour-la-prevention-des-risques-psychosociaux-au-travail\/"},"modified":"2022-04-07T17:54:15","modified_gmt":"2022-04-07T15:54:15","slug":"gids-voor-de-preventie-van-psychosociale-risicos-op-het-werk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/abbet.be\/nl\/guide-pour-la-prevention-des-risques-psychosociaux-au-travail\/","title":{"rendered":"Gids voor de preventie van psychosociale risico&#039;s op het werk"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>De Federale Overheidsdienst (FOD) Werkgelegenheid, Arbeid en Sociaal Overleg heeft een nieuwe brochure online gezet getiteld <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emploi.belgique.be\/publicationDefault.aspx?id=39970\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">\u201cGids voor de preventie van psychosociale risico\u2019s op het werk\u201d<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>Het doel van deze gids is om organisaties en bedrijven \u2013 met inbegrip van kmo\u2019s en zeer kleine bedrijven \u2013 te helpen bij het opzetten van een psychosociale risicopreventiebenadering die deel uitmaakt van een algemeen beleid inzake beroepsrisicobeheer en in de sociale dialoog.<\/p>\n<p>De gids definieert deze risico&#039;s, geeft preventieprincipes en beschrijft in detail de te volgen stappen om een echt preventiebeleid te voeren.<br \/>\nDe voorgestelde mogelijke oplossingen bevelen collectieve maatregelen aan die rekening houden met de werkorganisatie.
